How to Register:

We look forward to skating with your child this season!

Create a New Family Account

  • Click "Login" at the top of the page
  • Fill out required information. Use the parent’s contact information. Participants can be added to the account in the next step

Add Children (Participants) to Your Family Account

  • Log into your account
  • Click on “My account” in the top right corner
  • Click on “Participants” in the left side menu
  • Complete the required information and click "Add"
  • Complete for each child

Find Programs

  • Click "Registration" in the top menu bar
  • Find the program you are interested in and click “Register Now”
    • If the program is not yet available or is full, you may click “Add to Waitlist” and you will be notified if a spot becomes available
    • If you have more than one child (participant) linked to your account, you will need to select the participant that you want to register in the selected program
  • Complete for each child/program you want to register

*You have 30 minutes to complete your registration before your invoice expires and your registration is deleted*

Complete Registration

  • Click on your shopping cart at the top of the page
  • Review your registrations carefully
  • Click “Billing Information” to proceed to the payment page
  • *IMPORTANT* you MUST view and accept the waiver of liability, the media release, and any other policies that apply to the programs you are registering in before you can proceed 
  • Click "Payment Information" to complete payment

Complete Payment

  • We now offer payment by installments. Choose "Pay by Installments" in the dropdown menu under the fee total. 
  • Pay by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or AmericanExpress):
    • Click the “Pay by Credit Card” button at the bottom of your invoice
    • Fill in the required information
    • PrePaid debit/credit cards may not work as a payment option. 

Confirmation email will be sent to the parent/member email in the account. If no confirmation email is received, then the registration has not been finalized.  You can also check the calendar icon in your Skate Regina account to see if a registered class appears.  If no class appears in the calendar, then registration will need to be made again.

Waitlist

 

Is the program you want full? Register for the waitlist and we will update you as spots become available.

When you register as part of the waitlist, you will remain on the waitlist until the registration period closes. If a spot opens up during that time, members will be notified by email in order of waitlist registration date. 

If you receive an email notifying you of an open spot, you have 48 hours to log in and complete your registration and payment or you can choose to remove yourself from the waitlist.  Sometimes these waitlist notification emails may go to your junk folder, so make sure to check the junk folder regularly.

If you do not log in and complete registration or if you remove yourself from the waitlist within the time period, your waitlist registration will be automatically deleted, and the next person on the list will be able to register. You can register for the waitlist again, but you will be placed at the bottom of the list.
